For online purchases we accept payment by most credit and debit cards. Customers can be assured that with the PayPal secure encrypting system they can browse and shop in confidence with the knowledge that their payments and personal details will be managed with the utmost confidentiality. Delivery
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. All orders delivered to UK addresses are sent via Royal Mail and deliveries are usually made within 3 to 7 working days. If, for any reason there is an unforeseen delay to the expected delivery times we will keep you fully informed of the progress of your order.

Postage and Packaging (P&P) UK only
Postage and packaging costs for each product, where applicable, have been programmed to appear in the shopping basket checkout process and then included in the total amount to be paid.

Returns Policy
We take great pride in the quality of our products and if, for any reason you are not totally satisfied, simply return the item in its original and unused condition along with the packaging within 21 days and we will guarantee to either exchange it or offer you a full refund including postal costs. These guarantees are in addition to your statutory rights.

Any information collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 will only be used by us in the administration of and for the processing of orders.
